These are the terms for using the FoxxDen app. Using the app is also covered by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement.
Not financial advice
FoxxDen gives you forecasts and calculations based on the figures you enter. It doesn’t give financial, debt, tax or investment advice, and it doesn’t recommend any financial product or provider. Its results are estimates, and they’re only as accurate as the figures you put in. Please check them against your bank and card balances before you act on them, and think about getting independent advice for big decisions.
Free help with debt
If you’re struggling with debt, you can get free, confidential help from MoneyHelper, StepChange and National Debtline.
FoxxDen Pro
Everyone who’s new to FoxxDen gets 30 days of Pro free, and you don’t need to enter any payment details. After that, you can get Pro through the App Store as a yearly or monthly subscription, or as a one-off lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; payment is charged to your Apple Account. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. If your Pro ends, none of your data is deleted.
Your data
Your budget is stored on your device, so it’s up to you to keep it backed up (the app can export a backup file for you). For more, see the Privacy Policy.
Liability
The app is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we’re not liable for losses that come from decisions made using the app’s calculations. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
